What is your return policy?
We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all hygiene liners and tags still attached.
How should I care for my LOU Swim pieces?
To maintain the longevity of your swimwear, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild detergent immediately after use. Always air dry in the shade and avoid rough surfaces to prevent pilling.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any local customs duties.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
