Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back for a refund or size swap.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all protective liners are in place and the garment is free of makeup or sunscreen marks.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
